AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF D'IBERVILLE, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSISTING IN THE FUNDING OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ANNETTE S. O'KEEFE ADDITION TO THE GEORGE E. OHR ARTS & CULTURAL CENTER IN BILOXI, MISSISSIPPI; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of D'Iberville, Mississippi, are authorized, in their discretion, to contribute from any available funds of the county, an amount not to exceed Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) for the purpose of assisting in the funding of the construction of the Annette S. O'Keefe addition to the George E. Ohr Arts & Cultural Center in Biloxi, Mississippi.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
